Return & Refund Policy

At Ciotti Studios, each piece is custom-made with care and intention. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Made-To-Order Items

All items are made to order and/or customized specifically for you.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized products.

This includes:

  • Custom engravings

  • Personalized text or sizing

  • Special material requests

  • Bulk or event orders

  • Custom T-Shirts

Once mock approval is given and production begins, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Mock Approval Responsibility 

For custom items, customers will receive a digital mockup for review and approval prior to production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review:

  • Spelling

  • Dates

  • Layout

  • Measurements

  • Design details

Ciotti Studios is not responsible for errors approved in the final mock.

Non-Custom Orders

At this time, Ciotti Studios does not offer returns or refunds on any items, including non-custom or ready-to-ship products.

All sales are final.

We do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have questions about a product prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist you in making the right selection.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Many Ciotti Studios products are made from natural materials such as wood and stone. Variations in:

  • Grain pattern

  • Color tone

  • Texture

  • Knots or natural markings

are not considered defects, but rather part of the unique character of each piece.
