Order Processing Time

All orders require 24–48 hours of processing time before production begins. Processing time does not include production or shipping time.

For custom orders, you will receive a confirmation email including a digital mockup of your product for approval. Production will not begin until mock approval is received.

If mock approval is not received within 5 business days, Ciotti Studios reserves the right to delay or cancel the order.

Production Timeline

Because many of our items are custom-made:

  • Orders typically take 5–14 business days to complete.

  • Larger, bulk, or highly detailed orders may take longer depending on quantity and complexity.

  • Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We will notify you once your order has shipped.​

Shipping

Shipping time varies based on carrier and destination. Once an order leaves our studio, Ciotti Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or transit issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Ciotti Studios is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply.

Custom & Made To Order Items

All products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our work:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

  • Minor variations in color, wood grain, engraving depth, or material texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

Delays & Forced Majeure

Ciotti Studios is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, labor strikes, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
